"Break Me" was shot over 3 days in Alexx Calise's home Sherman Oaks, CA and at a friend's home in Studio City, CA. It was filmed and directed by videographer/director Ricardo Moreno (who has worked with the likes of Salma Hayek, Juan Gabriel and Sean Paul).
The video features the singer, guitarist and songwriter as a deranged doll in search of her favorite teddy bear. "Break Me", written by Calise in 2007, is about a toxic relationship. However, the song isn't of the wallowing variety. Instead, it celebrates Calise's freedom from emotional tyranny and the rediscovery of her inner strength. The filming crew consisted of director/videographer Ricardo Moreno, Alexx's songwriter partner Dennis Morehouse, makeup artist Mieko Ito and Alexx's music producer Luigie Gonzalez.
